The Queen Mary operates a strict ‘Challenge 21’ programme. Any persons who appear to look under the age of 21 will be required to prove their age.
Acceptable forms of ID are valid passport or photographic driver’s license.
This should be communicated to all guests prior as no exceptions will be made on the day of the event.
The Queen Mary is committed to responsible retailing of alcohol. This means we do not and will not serve alcohol to any guests we believe to be intoxicated. We also operate a strict zero tolerance to drugs.
The client will be responsible for the orderly conduct of guests and ensure nothing is done that constitutes breaking the law, causes damage to persons or property, or to cause nuisance or be an infringement of an occasion or render the possible forfeiture of any license for the sale of alcohol.
There is a strict no smoking policy throughout The Queen Mary. Any guests wishing to smoke must do so on outer and upper decks only.
Under no circumstances should guests bring aboard any food or drink. All food and drink must be purchased through The Queen Mary.
Due to capacities guests are required to remain within the suite they have booked.
DJ’s must operate at an appropriate level. Music must cease with the closure of the bar. All equipment must be taken away at the end of the night as it can not be stored on the boat overnight.
Customers wishing to have a late bar past midnight will be required to pay an additional late bar charge as discussed with the management upon booking.
The Queen Mary is not responsible for the property or equipment of guests. Items delivered before the event are still the responsibility of the client and cannot be stored after the event.
Children are permitted onboard The Queen Mary but in accordance with our license must vacate the boat by 21.00. Children are not permitted to roam around the boat and must be under constant supervision from a parent or guardian.
The Room Hire paid acts as deposit for your function. This room hire is only refunded when an agreed minimum spend on the bar is achieved. In all other circumstances the room hire is not refundable or transferable.
Guests should understand that failure to comply with all of these agreed terms and conditions will result in the forfeiture of the room and any monies paid.
